Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase govern purchases made through elvorael.com.
The seller is Xiamen Lingsuo Yun E-Commerce Co., Ltd., operating the elvorael brand. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that company.
Please read these terms together with the Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy before ordering.
1. Placing an Order
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract and be authorized to use the selected payment method.
Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Before payment, review the product, quantity, selected option, total price, delivery details, and any applicable charges.
2. Product Details and What Is Included
Our store sells Christmas table decorations and related seasonal display products.
The product description identifies the item, materials, measurements, options, and quantity offered. Read those details rather than relying on the overall appearance of a styled photograph.
Candles, plates, food, greenery, furniture, and other props are not included unless expressly listed.
A product described as decorative is not automatically suitable for direct food contact, outdoor exposure, dishwasher cleaning, or use with an open flame. Follow its stated intended use and care instructions.
Screen settings and lighting can affect perceived colors. Minor visual variation does not excuse a materially inaccurate description or an incorrect product.
3. Prices, Currency, and Charges
The applicable currency is identified in the storefront or checkout. Review the currency before paying.
Product prices, discounts, shipping charges, and taxes collected by us are shown before you submit the order. Your payment provider may separately charge currency-conversion or international transaction fees.
Import charges not collected at checkout are addressed in the Shipping Policy and must be disclosed as applicable before purchase.
4. Payments
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Payment authorization may be subject to security checks by the provider. We may request reasonable information to resolve a suspected transaction issue, but we will not ask you to email your full card number or security code.
A payment authorization or order acknowledgment does not by itself confirm that every item is available.
5. Acceptance and Availability
Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected goods. Our contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation accepting the order, unless applicable law requires an earlier formation point.
If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will inform you and promptly refund any payment collected for the affected items.
We will not replace a product with a different design, material, or quantity without your agreement.
6. Errors Before Fulfillment
If a material pricing, stock, or description error affects an unfulfilled order, we will contact you with the correct information.
Where permitted by law, you may choose to proceed on the corrected basis or cancel for a refund. We will not charge a higher amount without your consent.
Our correction rights are subject to applicable contract and consumer law.
7. Processing and Delivery
Standard processing normally takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard transit is estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Any different item-specific or service-specific lead time is disclosed before purchase.
Delivery before Christmas or another event is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed for your order. See the Shipping Policy for tracking, fulfillment locations, customs, and delivery problems.
For ordinary consumer delivery, transit risk remains with us until you or your designated recipient physically receives the goods, subject to applicable law.
8. Cancellations and Changes
Request a cancellation or change by emailing service@elvorael.com as soon as possible.
If the order has not been dispatched and fulfillment can be stopped, we will confirm the request. A request is not confirmed merely because an email has been sent.
We do not charge a cancellation fee for an order successfully canceled before dispatch. After dispatch, the Return Policy and any applicable statutory cancellation rights govern.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Faulty Goods
Our voluntary return window is 30 calendar days after delivery.
For eligible preference-based returns, the customer pays return shipping. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods, we provide a suitable remedy without additional cost to the customer.
We inspect eligible returned goods and initiate approved refunds within 5 business days after receiving them. Your payment provider may then need a further 5–10 business days to post the credit. Any shorter mandatory legal deadline takes priority.
10. Promotions
Promotional eligibility, dates, quantities, and exclusions must be stated in the applicable offer.
A discount or free item applies only where included in the offer accepted for your order. We will not remove a confirmed promotional entitlement merely because a campaign later ends.
11. Responsibility and Consumer Protection
We are responsible for supplying goods that comply with the contract and applicable law.
We do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You are responsible for following reasonable product instructions. This does not transfer responsibility for an unsafe, defective, or misdescribed product to you.
12. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory protections applicable to consumers in their country of habitual residence.
This choice does not deprive you of consumer rights or access to courts that cannot lawfully be waived.
Please contact us first to seek a practical resolution. If a dispute remains unresolved, it may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing requires you to abandon a complaint to a competent consumer authority.
13. Versions and Related Policies
The terms applicable to your order are those presented when you purchased. Later revisions do not retrospectively reduce your agreed rights.
If related pages conflict, mandatory law takes priority, followed by expressly agreed order-specific terms. Contact us about any remaining inconsistency; a general clause will not be used to remove a more favorable express promise made to you.
